Received a summons for drug offences
Anyone who receives a summons as a suspect for a narcotics offence (§ 29 BtMG) does not have to attend a police interview or make any statement. The type and quantity of the substance and personal use are decisive.
Small quantity and discontinuation
For possession of small quantities for personal use, a discontinuation under § 31a BtMG is possible. Since the Cannabis Act (KCanG), separate limits apply to cannabis.
Approach and driving licence
We obtain file access and examine the evidence and consequences for the driving licence. See possession of narcotics.
