About
Philip Bafteh studied law at the Universities of Marburg and Bonn. Already during his studies, he was fascinated by the tension between state criminal authority and individual civil liberties that pervades criminal law. This interest became a calling.
Professional Background
Since 2020, Philip Bafteh has been practicing as an independent attorney. In parallel, he worked as in-house counsel in a corporate environment. This combination of independent legal practice and business experience shapes his perspective on criminal law: he understands not only the legal side, but also the business and personal reality of clients facing criminal charges.
